These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of luxorparker.in (the "Site") and the products and services offered on it (together, the "Services"), operated by Luxor Writing Instruments Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). Parker India is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Access and Account
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have consent from a parent or guardian to use the Services. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). Your order is confirmed only once we send an order confirmation. Your purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, available at luxorparker.in/policies/return-refund-policy.
4. Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice and do not apply retroactively to orders already placed. Prices displayed on the Site do not include shipping charges unless stated otherwise; applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout in accordance with our Shipping Policy. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information for every order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy, available at luxorparker.in/policies/shipping-policy. Delivery timelines are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. Once an order is handed over to our courier partner, risk of loss passes to you, though we remain committed to helping resolve delivery issues.
6. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders up to a maximum order value of ₹1,000 and in serviceable pin codes only, as further described in our Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to restrict or decline COD on any order at our discretion.
7. Personalization
Where we offer personalization or engraving services, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any text, names, or details you submit. Personalized products are made to order and, once confirmed and in production, generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged, except where the product is defective or the personalization does not match what you submitted.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including trademarks, logos, product images, and text, is owned by Luxor Writing Instruments Private Limited, its licensors, or affiliates, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
